Math Prodigy Accounts

Your Math prodigy accounts have been set up. You will be given some computer lab time during the week but it is recommended that you take some of your own time to work through the assignments posted. I print the reports from your accounts and this contributes to both your understanding of these concepts as well as your marks for your report cards. This is meant as a fun and interactive way to review concepts and reinforce mathematical understanding that you have acquired over the past few years.

Your log in information can be found at the bottom of the letter you will be taking home this afternoon.

November 14-18th tentative agenda

Make sure you are using your Keeping Track list — if you are behind from last week make sure you get caught up; also add spelling week 6 test and puzzle (due Thursday); Virtue response on Purposefulness is also due Thursday (this is homework and NO time will be provided in class — also make sure you are using the 3 paragraph outline); Bellwork Math package is due Thursday so you may need to do some of it at home – depending on how well you use your morning time — make sure you ask for help and refer to your Mathtionary if any of the questions are unclear.

Your cell models are due and if not complete you need to use recess time to do so; this includes labelling as well as a “Key” that states what the “job” of each organelle is — you can type this or neatly handwrite a chart.
